Emma Twigg a New Zealand athletes has won women's single sculls gold on friday at the Tokyo Olympics
¨I can't believe it. Honestly, crossing the line it was disbelief¨
Twigg was born on 1 March 1987 and is a New Zealand women's single sculler, in 2014 world champ is now the 2021 champ. Back in time in 2008 she got ninth place. Then in 2012 she got fourth place and then in 2016 she got fourth place.
She stopped rowing twice, first in master-level studies in Europe in 2015 and then after 2016.After 731 days off the water, she started training again in 2018 and won shiny gery at the 2019 World Rowing Championships. Since she got married in 2020.
In conclusion twigg has won gold great britain there's always next year
